Let`s deal with the Negative Results of COVID-19: Youth Against Mental Health Challenges
The project aims to promote a healthy lifestyle as mental as well as physically, giving the young people skills and knowledge to understand the importance of promoting mental and physical lifestyle especially post Covid and during the pandemic period. Young people with different backgrounds from different countries will be gathered that targets the main idea to raise their awareness of the above-mentioned topic.
Objectives of the project:

To promote a healthy lifestyle among the youth during and post-pandemic lifetime;

To increase self-empowerment and self-esteem by learning how to take care of mental and physical health on an everyday basis;

To raise awareness among young people about the importance of both physical and mental health care;

To promote alternative physical and mental activities as a more convenient and attractive way for youth to maintain their health;

To strengthen soft skills to improve the ability to recognize personal and other people emotions;
-
To achieve a deeper understanding in the society of people facing mental health problems;
-
Reduce the stigma of mental health issues and raise awareness.
Participant profile:

3 participants 18-25 y.o.;
-
Motivation to participate in the YE and to use acquired knowledge and skills in daily life;

High motivation to learn about mental well-being;
-
Willingness to contribute to the activities;
-
Readiness and availability to involve actively in the whole project (including dissemination);
-
Youth with fewer opportunities;
-
A basic level of English is required;
-
Priority is given to those who has Erasmus+ as the first experience.
