Time 2 Act 5.0

This Training Course intends to boost the development of soft skills of youth workers and reflect on how through soft skills youth worker can work with young people on issues such as social participation and active citizenship. At heart, it's about the link between the development of soft skills and an increased willingness to create social impact.

Specific goals:

• Train the group leaders so that they can strengthen their role with younger people to catalyze their social inclusion, employability, and active participation.

• Use the topic of young people's problems as a source of inspiration to figure out how be part of the change.

• To make the community in general aware of the potential of young people as agents of change, improving the public image of young people and expanding their opportunities for active participation in society.

Participant profile:

• 3 participants from Estonia;

• Age between 18 and 30 years old; 

• Motivated to interact and collaborate with participants from different geographical, social, and cultural contexts;

• Motivated to develop/improve key competences; 

• Have a good level of English (no titles required); 

• Lots of energy and motivation; 

• Interested in the topic of the project;

• Able to participate the whole project;

• Ready to participate in dissemination activities during and after the project.
