Code 2 Mental Health🔐

We have been waiting for this project for so long and finally it has happened! 😍

From December 10 to 17, we went to snowy Sweden to attend the “Code 2 Mental Health” training, which was conducted by the wonderful association @awesomepeoplese 🇸🇪❄️

The main goal of the training was to get acquainted with the skills of how to use educational escape rooms in youth work 🧩🔐

We played already created games, gained theoretical knowledge that we were immediately able to put into practice! During the project, we had the opportunity not only to learn about this method of work, but also to create our own games on the topic of mental health! And it was even tested by local youth! 🧘🏻‍♀️

The program was tight, but we managed to do a lot! Starting with theory and ending “step by step” with the creation of our games! Now we will test games in Estonia and create new ones.

We were very inspired by this training, as well as by youth workers from all over Europe who came together in the cozy house of Awesome People in lovely Kopparberg, where Swedish FIKA and the Christmas atmosphere brought us all together to exchange best practices and create new connections!
