Diversity and group games for better inclusion

The main goal is to bring young people together, let them devise and test group activities for the integration of newcomers. Lots of fun and games await us. There are no teachers or strict trainers at the youth exchange, it ́s not the classroom.  

 

Our aim is to provide an opportunity for young people from different parts of Europe to share their experiences, culture and traditions. By learning about new methods, we want to create space for intercultural understanding and mutual respect.

This Youth Exchange will unite young people from Estonia, Spain, Italy, Czechia and Portugal.

​

Participant profile:

• 7 participants from Estonia 18-30 y.o. + 1 group leader 18+;

• Motivated and open to new experiences and opportunities;

• Want to work within an international group, are not prejudiced against others and are tolerant;

• Participants who are motivated to contribute and learn during the project;

• Able to participate the whole project;

• Enough level of English to communicate.
